JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Wedding Photographer Editor to join our team at Pomaikai Photography, specializing in elopements and destination weddings. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for color, composition, and detail, ensuring every image reflects our brand’s style and high-quality standards. Your role will be pivotal in post-production, turning RAW images into polished final galleries that wow our clients.

Photo Culling: Review and select the best images from each shoot, ensuring a balance of variety, quality, and emotional ---------- nts.
Photo Editing: Edit and retouch images in Lightroom and Photoshop (or equivalent software) to enhance color, exposure, sharpness, and overall aesthetic. Maintain consistency with the brand’s style across all images.
Retouching: Perform basic to advanced retouching as needed, including skin smoothing, blemish removal, and background clean-up while ensuring the natural look of the subjects.
Color Grading: Apply color corrections and grading to fit the warm, romantic, and vibrant style of our elopement and destination wedding photography.
Batch Processing: Efficiently process large batches of photos while maintaining quality and consistency, meeting project deadlines.
Album Design: Assist in designing wedding albums and photo books using album design software (e.g., Fundy Designer, SmartAlbums).
Communication: Collaborate with the photographer to ensure creative vision and client expectations are met in the final product.
Quality Control: Ensure all images delivered to clients are free from technical issues such

Must be able to operate Wetransfer, Dropbox, Lightroom, Pictime with proficiency!

Efficient and can turn around galleries and photo’s quickly.
