Overview:

We are a rehabilitation/medical clinic based in Canada seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Specialist with extensive experience in call centers or medical facilities. This role involves connecting with past and potential customers via phone, text, and email. The ideal candidate excels at building rapport and closing sales, with a proven track record of converting leads. Cold calling experience is a plus. You must have excellent English communication skills, convey empathy, and maintain a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:
Master clinic information and phone scripts to effectively convert leads into clients/patients.
Meet or exceed conversion targets through phone outreach.
Follow up with past patients and nurture new leads via phone and text.
Process daily insurance claims and handle billing inquiries.
Respond to email and website inquiries promptly and professionally.
Continuously learn and adapt to clinic services and industry trends.
Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Maintain excellent organizational skills and manage a busy schedule.
Demonstrate reliability and commitment to personal and professional growth.

Requirements:
Previous experience in call centers or medical facilities preferred.
Cold calling experience is a PLUS.
Ability to work in the North American Eastern Time Zone, flexible from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
Proficiency in handling billing, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Strong organizational skills, Tech savvy and attention to detail.

Position: Part time | 10-15 hours per week
Salary: $5 per hour

Training and continuous support provided.
