Supplier Sourcing and Product Research Specialist

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Supplier Sourcing and Product Research Specialist to help grow our eCommerce business. You will assist in sourcing products we are already targeting, suggest new product opportunities, and connect us with suppliers that match our criteria.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Researching and contacting suppliers through platforms like AliExpress, Alibaba, and CJDropshipping.
Negotiating terms with suppliers, particularly around private labeling, no MOQ, and fast shipping to the U.S..
Providing product suggestions that align with our eCommerce strategy.
Managing supplier relationships and tracking supplier performance.

Compensation:

$5/hour, tracked through Timeproof and paid via Wise.
$100 bonus for every supplier we establish a working relationship with after the first successful order.

Requirements:

Proven experience in supplier sourcing and product research for eCommerce, particularly in dropshipping and private labeling.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers, especially those based in China.
Ability to meet specific criteria for supplier relationships (e.g., fast shipping, low MOQ, custom packaging).
Must be able to suggest product ideas and maintain supplier databases.

Bonus:

Familiarity with platforms like AliExpress, Alibaba, and CJDropshipping is a plus.
We are currently seeking one supplier to start but aim to expand to 30 different product lines, so there's plenty of room for growth and additional earnings.
