Operations assistant and VA to the company owner
A US based sporting goods and custom apparel company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented operations assistant and VA to the company owner to join their growing team!

Time zone: Pacific time zone, US (PST)
Est. pay: $1200 USD/month
Type: Ind. Contractor, Full time (40 hrs week)
Shift: US business hours, PH night shift

Responsibilities include:
*Build templated online stores through an ecommerce software system (OrderMyGear)
*Communicate with internal sales reps related to questions, issues, and store updates
*Process online store orders - pull reports, order product, and schedule jobs
*Support internal custom order department
*Additional projects and tasks as needed to assist the owner
Technical skills:
*Tech savvy - general software proficiency
*Project management, problem solving skills
*Bonus: minor graphic design skills
