Facebook Ads Specialist

We are a digital marketing agency looking for a Facebook ads specialist with demonstrable experience and proven track record of successful ad campaigns.


Duties and responsibilities:

Create compelling FB campaigns and ads to generate leads and grow traffic. When applying please PROVIDE EXAMPLES of ads you've created and screenshot of results for the campaign.

Use a project management software.

Skills and competencies:

The ideal candidate MUST...
have exceptional Facebook ads management skills
be familiar with AB testing for ads on Facebook
have basic design skills to develop images for ads
Have advanced level of English and experience in copywriting
have outstanding ability to think creatively, and to identify and resolve problems
have high levels of integrity and autonomy
be self-motivated with a strong desire to keep learning and growing online marketing strategies
experience running retargeting campaigns

Experience in Instagram ads is an advantage.

Desired availability: 5-10 hours a week
