Commercial Real Estate Agent Assistant (Marketing Packages and transaction coordination)

I am looking for a reliable, independent assistant.

I need someone to:

Quickly underwrite and create marketing packages (Adobe InDesign) for Commercial Properties.

It would be about 10 marketing packages a month (InDesign) and 1-2 listings and 1-2 closings per month. I would need help coordinating these transactions.
