Job Opening: Senior Assistant to the Asset Manager (Remote Position)
Position Overview:
We are hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Assistant to support our Asset Manager remotely. This role occasionally involves assisting the Finance and HR departments with other administrative needs. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent multitasking and time management skills, capable of working under pressure and learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support to the Asset Manager, including:
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling daily communications.
Preparing and editing reports, PowerPoint presentations, tenant ledgers, and monthly property summaries.
Communicate effectively with property managers, regional managers, and tea
Occasionally assist the Finance and HR Director with time-sensitive assignments.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is required.
Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to coordinate across multiple properties and teams.
Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay proactive.
Strong stress tolerance and willingness to work under pressure when needed.
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time (U.S.).
Occasional evening or weekend overtime may be required for urgent tasks or deadlines.
