JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote/Part-Time
Hours: 15-30 minutes per platform per day, flexible schedule

Objective: Manage social media engagement and strategy for PicoSolutions 3 product brands across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok,Twitter(X) LinkedIn) to build brand presence and foster relationships with influencers, educators, and content creators.

Our 3 Product brands are PicoTurbine(STEM Education kits), InnoPlay Toys (Learning tools), and Vyb Case (phone case)

Key Responsibilities:

-Daily Interaction (15-30 mins/day per platform)-

Engage with followers, comments, and content on Instagram (IG), TikTok (TT), Twitter(X) and LinkedIn (potentially).
Build meaningful connections by liking, commenting, and interacting with users within our target audience.

-Social Media Strategy Development

Collaborate with the team to develop and refine social media strategies that align with PicoSolutions’ product brands goals and objectives.
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to optimize engagement.

-Content Posting Assistance

Support the team in scheduling and posting regular content on IG, TT, and other platforms.
Ensure posts are timely and relevant, adhering to the overall strategy.

-DMing for Collaborations & Lives

Reach out to potential collaborators via direct messages (DMs) for partnerships or live events.
Target key groups such as educators, moms, artists, and designers for collaborative content creation or engagement (e.g., PT, IPT, VC).

-Running Competitions & Product Giveaways

Organize and manage competitions to engage followers, offering free products as rewards.
Track participation and follow up with winners for product fulfillment.

-Identifying Influencers

Research and identify potential influencers in relevant niches (educators, moms, artists/designers) to promote PicoSolutions’ products.
Build relationships with influencers who align with the brand’s values and messaging.


Qualifications:

Strong understanding of social media platforms (IG, TT, LinkedIn).
Experience in social media strategy, content creation, and engagement.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with various audiences.
Creative mindset for developing engaging content and strategies.
Prior experience in influencer outreach or collaborations is a plus.
