About Us:
QCard Enterprise is a cutting-edge digital business card platform designed to help professionals enhance their networking capabilities. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a multifaceted role supporting sales, operations, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and build a list of QCard prospects. Reach out in creative ways to generate interest, secure meetings, and onboard pilot users.
Client Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with current pilot users to encourage further engagement and gather feedback.
User Analytics: Pull data from Mixpanel to analyze user behavior, providing actionable insights to improve platform usage and identify key prospects for conversion to paying customers.
Calendar and Appointment Management: Monitor inboxes, Calendly appointments, and social media channels, responding to inquiries or escalating as needed. Manage Howard’s calendar, ensuring meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
Creative Lead Generation: Develop new strategies and ideas to generate leads and build QCard’s client base.
Finance Support: Assist with payroll processing, paying bills, and managing financial operations for QCard and Howard’s other business interests.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with lead generation, customer outreach, and sales operations.
Proficient in using analytics tools like Mixpanel to generate insights.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Able to Work US Hours
Familiarity with calendar and scheduling tools like Calendly.
Basic understanding of financial operations, including payroll and bill payments.
