Position Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for delivering high-impact programs? ROAI is looking for an Operations Manager who will oversee and coordinate the seamless execution of our programs across multiple platforms. You’ll be the driving force behind the success of our masterminds, boot camps, and recurring services, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing and customer service teams, lead key logistics, and ensure that all events, from start to finish, exceed expectations. If you're ready to make an impact and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Coordination: Lead and oversee the coordination of masterminds, boot camps, and live events, ensuring calls are flawlessly set up and recordings are promptly uploaded to our portal.

- Communication Management: Manage all pre-event emails and post-event follow-up texts for every program.

- Logistical Oversight: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of program-related activities, including Stripe product setup and coordination with the customer service team.

- Documentation & Organization: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documents that detail what each program includes, its target audience, and key guidelines.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide tea ---------- mbers involved in program delivery, fostering collaboration and ensuring accountability at all stages.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in program management or operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of leadership.

- Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment.
Familiarity with customer service workflows and online payment systems (experience with platforms like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Stripe is a plus).
