Panoptyc ( ---------- ) uses AI and manual review to detect theft at 5,000 markets in the US. They serve well known global brands like Walmart and Amazon, and are on track to serve 20,000 locations in the next 18 months.
Panoptyc has grown rapidly for the last 3 years, and is looking to expand their team with global talent.

The Opportunity
- You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:
- Report to the Head of Product
- Collaborate with various teams within the company to align operations with overall company objectives
- Regularly analyze and monitor existing processes to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports for management detailing operational performance
- Manages the operations of a team of contractors, from recruitment to offboarding
- Monitors KPIs and implements data-driven strategies to improve, maintain, or exceed KPIs
- Ensure continuous operations, intervening in processes when necessary
- Streamline internal procedures to enhance productivity
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and workflows
- Create SOPs or Documentation for the processes that will be further developed, no matter how small

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?
- Previous experience in operations management in a technology-related company is a plus
- Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
- 3+ years of experience working in operations
- Experience in using Snowflake, Notion, Airtable, and Google Sheets is a plus
- Willing to work during 9am - 6pm EST/EDT (Eastern Time)
- Has proven experience with managing multiple contractors
- Able to translate business requirements into actionable, delegable tasks
- Document-driven -- relishes in creating SOPs for even the smallest tasks
- Tech-savvy and able to adjust to new technology and apps as needed for the function
- Embrace ambiguity – when you don't know how to do something, you ask Google.
- Low ego – if you don't know the answer, you ask questions. You aren't afraid of anybody knowing what you don't know.
- Honest – even when the truth isn't great, you speak it. If you had an off day, or your manager is wrong, you say so.
- Technical – you aren't scared of writing an API call or hooking together a Zap or two.

Compensation and Perks
Competitive Remuneration: You can expect to draw a salary of PHP80,000 – PHP120,000 (depending on experience) a month during your first year of employment.
