Zoho Automations / Web Design Specialist

This is a little long but please take the time to read everything below.

We're a 4 person marketing company in California. We were established in 2009. We're looking for a 5th person to help our marketing company to continue to grow and succeed. We would like someone that is task oriented and has high standards in their work. We try to maintain a very positive work environment and try to have as little as stress as possible. We try to not have deadlines but there's always a lot of work that needs to be done every day. We trust you to manage your own time well.

We're looking for someone that would like to work with us long term. Someone that likes learning and will continue to learn and grow their skill set. We currently have another 2 employees in the Philippines who started with us on ---------- and have been a great addition to our company.

Expectations*************
I expect you to complete your work in a timely manner. To double check your work and communicate in a clear and concise way. You won't have many deadlines and I try to keep work low stress but you must stay on task because I don't micromanage your time. I'm respectful of personal time so if you have a birthday, graduation or holiday let me know with time and you are welcome to have a day off or half day as you like.

Start time**************
Between 5am to 6am Philippine time Monday to Friday (Or Tue - Sat if you prefer.)
40 hours per week
Your Salary- $5 to $9 per hour depending on experience

December Bonus of one months salary (Starting in 2025) Small bonus may be given in 2024.

What do we need help with********************
We need help Migrating Clients from Active Campaign to Zoho CRM / Zoho Campaigns
Rebuild all automations and emails in Zoho Campaigns (From Active Campaign)
You should have tremendous knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and Active Campaign

Basic example of an automation:

Client website updates - text, images, add pages if within your ability.
Long term we want someone that's able to learn new skills. The majority of our work is Google ads, Web design and we're building a lot of automations for clients.

Other Necessary Skills***********
Excellent English understanding and writing skills
We need you to be able to email clients with excellent spelling, grammar and understand their emails.
