T-shirt and merchandise designer

We are looking for a graphic designer who has a great creative sense and is able to deliver quality T-shirt and other merchandise designs according to our instructions. You must have fluent english the ability to follow instructions thoroughly. it's a part time position and we need about 1-4 designs a day with varient complexity.
