Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Guest Communications and General Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience. You will also assist with various administrative tasks to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of short-term rentals.
- Manage and update property listings on various OTA platforms, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with guests through our Property Management System (Uplisting).
- Answer questions from current, incoming, and inquiring guests.
- Ensure all guests have received their access codes prior to arriving at the
property.
- Respond to guests requiring assistance gaining access to the property.
- Give recommendations of places to eat and things to do.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with listing creation and other onboarding tasks for new properties.
- Process all resolution claims.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.
- Prepare and maintain reports on guest feedback and communication metrics.
- Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.
Prior experience in guest support with Airbnb, ---------- , Agoda, and VRBO.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using property management software and communication tools (experience with Uplisting is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
A positive attitude, a passion for providing excellent guest experiences, and innovative thinking to contribute to the overall team's success.
Must be available to work during UK hours.
Must be available to work on weekends Saturdays and Sundays.
