Have several accounts , which are all representing landlords.

Go into facebook groups that are related to lettings, real estate, property management and specifically landlord information and tips groups - and talk about an experience youve had to do with either tenants / maintenance / vacancies of your property and how Blackmortar which is my company solved your issues .

It needs to be an intelligent comment and logical post .

Then you need to interact and communicate with people on facebook and talk to these landlords via messenger sometimes just having genuine conversations not about blackmortar - maybe ask for some advice about something and then say thankyou and then 2 weeks later reply to that person and say that youve used blackmortar and that your just letting them know how you've got on.

This is crucial for real and organic traction for my business.
