Your Role

We’re looking for a Virtual Client Impact Champion who can own these key areas with the skill and precision of a Top 5 Percenter:

• Client Curriculum Management: You’ll meticulously manage client learning paths to ensure they’re hitting peak performance
and beyond.
• Relationship Building: You won’t just create relationships—you’ll build lifelong raving fans.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with our elite coaching team to deliver jaw-dropping success stories for our clients, driving them
to top 5% performance.
• Communication Mastery: With flawless written and verbal English skills, you’ll engage top executives, offering them insights
they didn’t even know they needed.
• Master Data and Campaign Management: You’ll own HubSpot like a pro—keeping client data sharp, managing campaigns, and
tracking metrics that move the needle.
• CRM Ticketing: You’ll be the go-to for client inquiries, responding with lightning speed and exceptional professionalism.
• Executive Interactions: You’ll handle daily communication with high-level executives, and you’ll do it with confidence, precision,
and expertise.
• Event Management: You’ll run high-energy, high-impact virtual and live events that leave a lasting impression on our clients
and their teams.
