Summary of the Role:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and
primarily focus on developing compelling advertisements that will help drive our
brand's growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio of ad design work,
exceptional skills in visual storytelling, and a deep understanding of current design
trends and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Ad Design and Development:
? Create eye-catching and effective advertisements for various platforms,
including social media, digital, and

? Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all ad
materials.
Conceptualization and Strategy:

audience, and translate these insights into design solutions.
? Stay updated on industry trends and competitor ads to ensure designs are
fresh, innovative, and competitive.
Design Execution:
? Produce high-quality visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, and
layouts that align with campaign strategies.
? Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign) and other tools as needed.
? Ensure all designs are completed within the agreed-upon timelines and meet
client specifications and feedback.
Feedback and Revisions:
? Review and incorporate client feedback into designs, making necessary
revisions to achieve the best results.
? Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address any
design-related questions or concerns.
Project Management:
? Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and
adherence to project briefs.
? Organize and maintain design files, assets, and documentation for easy
access and future use.
Qualifications:
? Experience: relevant years of professional experience in graphic design, with
a focus on advertising and marketing materials.
? Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in ad design, including
examples of successful campaigns and a range of design styles.
? Skills:
? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
? Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual
composition.
? Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
