JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing short-term rental (STR) property management company. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in STR property management and be familiar with OwnerRez.
Responsibilities:
•? ?Assist with the day-to-day management of short-term rental properties.
•? ?Handle booking inquiries, guest communication, and issue resolution.
•? ?Manage calendars for multiple properties using OwnerRez.
•? ?Help process payments, coordinate maintenance, and oversee cleaning schedules.
•? ?Generate reports and analyze data related to occupancy and revenue.
•? ?Provide exceptional customer service to both guests and property owners.
•? ?Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
•? ?Proven experience in short-term rental (STR) property management.
•? ?Hands-on experience with OwnerRez (or similar property management software).
•? ?Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•? ?Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•? ?Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
•? ?Availability to work on a flexible schedule (primarily during U.S. business hours).
Preferred Qualifications:
•? ?Previous experience managing multiple properties.
•? ?Basic accounting skills for processing payments and invoices.
•? ?Experience using Notion or other project management tools.
