JOB OVERVIEW

Paid Static Designer
Must be based in North America
As a Paid Static Designer, you will work directly with the Head of Design and the Paid Media team. Your role will focus on designing static ads for multiple platforms and occasionally assisting with landing page designs as needed. You will use a variety of design tools to craft compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversions while adhering to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Designing static ads for paid media campaigns across various platforms while following brand guidelines for multiple clients simultaneously
- Collaborating closely with the Paid Media and Acquisition teams to ensure cohesive, high-performing ad creatives
- Assisting with the design and layout of landing pages as needed
- Maintaining strong organization of creative files and assets
- Staying up to date on design trends and new techniques for ad and landing page creatives
- Ensuring flawless execution of all designs, with particular attention to detail regarding alignment, spelling, and overall composition

Qualifications
- Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in static ad design or graphic design
- Strong experience with Figma and the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and alignment
- Experience with landing page design is a plus
