Freelance Virtual Assistant

I am a wedding photographer in search for a motivated and friendly freelance virtual assistant to help me cull (definition: to select the best images to deliver to clients) weddings, engagement sessions and family sessions that I photograph.

I’m looking for someone who:

- Has Reliable and Good Internet

- Enjoys photography and looking through wedding/session photos. This means going through ---------- images per wedding and 900 – 1500 images per session. I currently have about 10 weddings and about 8 – 10 sessions that I would need someone to cull.

- Is available to send me back the wedding within 5-7 days and the session within 3-5 days

- Hits deadlines, Quick Learner, Dedicated and Detailed Oriented

- Bonus if you have any photography and/or Lightroom experience

- Would also be interested in eventually taking on some additional tasks, like:

o Organizing Client Galleries (log-in program)
o Designing Wedding Albums for Clients (I will provide the program and training)
o Image Curation (selecting ---------- images from 1200+ for slideshow and/or blog post)
o Creating Slideshows for Wedding Client (I will provide the program and training)
o Copying Information from Questionnaire to Specific Templates
o Learning and Implementing SEO to my website/blog
o Social Media Management

* Someone who enjoys photography and photos, I want you to enjoy the work!


Notes:

Every month varies with tasks and amount of work available, but on average I have about 10-20hrs of work per week available. It’s possible to have more or less some weeks.
