The Manager, Creative Services will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of digital properties, including the company's website, while driving creative design for products, services, and immersive experiences. This role will also spearhead lead generation efforts through automated marketing systems, ensuring the creative department stays aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Working cross-functionally, the Manager will lead a talented team of designers and developers to deliver innovative, on-brand, and scalable creative solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Design & Maintenance:
Manage the strategy, design, and ongoing maintenance of the company’s website and microsites.
Ensure the website reflects the latest product and service offerings, experiences, and campaigns.
Collaborate with the IT and marketing teams to implement updates, improve UX/UI, and ensure mobile responsiveness.
Monitor website performance, including SEO, loading speed, and user engagement, and provide optimization recommendations.
Art & Design for Products, Services, and Experiences:
Develop creative concepts and visuals for brand-related products, services, and live experiences.
Lead the production of physical and digital assets, including packaging, digital media, banners, and event materials.
Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints by working closely with marketing, product, and operations teams.
Manage relationships with external vendors and creative partners as needed.
Lead Generation & Marketing Automation:
Drive creative strategies for lead generation efforts, working closely with marketing teams to develop engaging campaigns.
Implement automated marketing workflows, ensuring seamless user journeys and lead nurturing processes.
Integrate CRM platforms with marketing tools and analyze customer data to optimize campaigns.
Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of automated systems and creative campaigns, providing actionable insights.
Creative Project Management:
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, providing creative support to various departments.
Establish project timelines, track progress, and adjust priorities to ensure smooth execution.
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead and mentor a team of designers, developers, and external creative partners.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the creative team.
Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support tea
Qualifications:
Must Speak Fluent English
5+ years of experience in creative services, with a focus on website design, digital marketing, and brand development.
Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HighLevel, Salesforce).
Proven experience in lead generation strategies and marketing automation systems.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Knowledge of emerging trends in design, digital marketing, and automation technologies.
