Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (UK time), 40 hours per week
Reports To: Recruitment Manager
Salary: $600 per month

We are passionate about providing exceptional hearing care services and are committed to building a strong and talented team to support our expansion. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our remote team and help manage our recruitment processes internationally.

Role Overview:
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our company. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to scheduling and conducting interviews. This is a remote role, and we are seeking candidates who are fluent in English and have strong communication skills to support our international hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Recruitment Manager in managing the full recruitment life cycle.
• Source and attract candidates through various online platforms and job boards.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and criteria.
• Conduct telephone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Attend interviews, take notes, and provide feedback to the Recruitment Manager.
• Maintain and update recruitment records, candidate information, and interview feedback.
• Ensure candidates have a positive recruitment experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the process.
• Assist with other administrative recruitment tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a remote setting or across international markets.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills (fluency in English is a must).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate interviews effectively across different time zones.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders professionally.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining recruitment records and feedback.
• Ability to work independently and proactively while reporting to the Recruitment Manager.

Desirable Skills:
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software.
• Familiarity with international hiring practices and remote recruitment.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate suitability.
