Are you passionate about video creation and social media? We’re seeking a dynamic and versatile Video Editor / Social Media Manager / YouTube Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in creating, editing, and managing video content while driving the growth of our social media presence and YouTube channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing: Create, edit, and enhance videos for YouTube, Instagram,
Social Media Management: Develop and execute a robust content strategy across all social media channels. This includes posting, scheduling, engaging with the audience, and monitoring performance. You’ll also develop content calendars to ensure a consistent presence across all platforms.
YouTube Management: Oversee the growth and optimization of the YouTube channel, ensuring that each video is fully optimized with compelling thumbnails, descriptions, and tags. You’ll monitor YouTube analytics to track video performance, adjust strategies accordingly, and develop actionable insights to increase viewership and engagement.
Content Strategy & Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and generate fresh content that resonates with our target audience. You will be responsible for identifying trends and content opportunities, engaging with followers, and building a community around our brand.
Analytics & Performance: Track and analyze the performance of video content and social media posts, using data to inform content strategy. You’ll be expected to deliver reports on key performance metrics like views, watch time, engagement, and conversions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in video editing with proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Strong background in social media management, especially on platforms like Instagram,
Knowledge of YouTube SEO, best practices, and channel management.
Ability to create engaging thumbnails and optimize videos for maximum reach and engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling video descriptions and engaging social media posts.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience analyzing social media and video analytics to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
Nice to Have:
Experience with motion graphics, animations, or other visual effects.
Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and YouTube Ads.
A passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends, YouTube algorithm changes, and emerging digital tools.
