Job Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our social media initiatives. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and cultivating a community of brand advocates. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of current social media trends, excels in content creation, and possesses strong analytical skills to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand voice.
Content Creation: Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for various platforms (e.g., Instagram,
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics,
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize impact across all channels.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to extend reach and influence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (3+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and ability to interpret data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual content.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Nice to Have:
Experience with social media advertising platforms
Graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
