Our team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Talent Sourcer / Social Media Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts.
Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm Eastern Time
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer / Social Media Recruiter to help us attract top talent to our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates through social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and others, establishing strong relationships, and promoting the benefits of joining PowerSol. You will play a critical role in growing our sales force and ensuring that we bring in the best talent to help drive our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, to identify potential candidates for various roles within the company.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, engaging them in meaningful conversations and understanding their career aspirations.
• Promote PowerSol’s company culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
• Work closely with the hiring team to create and execute sourcing strategies that align with the company’s goals.
• Manage candidate outreach and communication in a professional and consistent manner.
• Track, report, and maintain an organized pipeline of potential candidates.
• Collaborate with team leaders to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on sourcing activities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram, with experience in sourcing and engaging candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A passion for renewable energy or sustainability is a plus but not required.
