Executive Assistant to CEO (Remote)


About Us:
We help entrepreneurs launch and grow their own event spaces. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO in managing day-to-day operations and business needs. Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and email correspondence.
Oversee and optimize workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL), ChatGPT, and Zapier for automation and efficiency.
Facilitate internal communication through Slack and ensure smooth collaboration across the team.
Handle light bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Assist in project management and task delegation, ensuring deadlines are met.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive company information.
Bonus Skills:

Experience running Facebook Ads campaigns for client acquisition is a plus!
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in GHL, ChatGPT, Zapier, Slack, and basic bookkeeping.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be available to work during U.S. EST business hours.
