Automation Contractors is looking for a skilled and motivated AutoCAD Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical software. This is a remote position, and we are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of delivering high-quality work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD Electrical for various projects, including control systems, power distribution, and panel designs.
-Design and create electrical control panels, wiring diagrams, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) schematics, and other related electrical systems.
-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure designs meet specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.
-Revise and update electrical drawings based on feedback, site adjustments, and engineering changes.
-Conduct thorough quality checks on all electrical designs and drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to company and industry standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
-Document and organize electrical design files, ensuring all project information is properly stored and easily accessible.
-Communicate effectively with the engineering team and clients to discuss project status, requirements, and timelines.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of experience working with AutoCAD Electrical software.
-A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
-Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, electrical codes, and industry standards.
-Proven experience designing and developing electrical control systems and layouts.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise and accurate designs.
-Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience with PLC programming and control panel design.
-Knowledge of industry standards like NEC (National Electrical Code) or IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission).
-Familiarity with other CAD tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, SolidWorks) and electrical simulation software.
-Experience working with international teams or clients, particularly in a remote setting.
