ReactJS and ExpressJS Dev

My project is online notarization platform. I have an existing webapp but I want to add new features to it.

Are you able to use pdfjs to modify a pdf from my server? The functionalities basically include adding signatures, texts, seals, etc. Let me know if it is in your skillset.
