Home Care Staffing Coordinator

The Home Care Staffing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and monitoring client schedules and ensuring consistency of service delivery. The Home Care Staffing Coordinator works directly with the clients, family members, and the caregivers (HHAs/PCAs) to coordinate care and service needs. Home Care Staffing Coordinators work closely with our Client Care and Recruitment divisions to communicate staffing needs and trends; while working collaboratively as a team.
