JOB OVERVIEW

This is for a position for an online stores that sells electronics and numerous other products.
You will be using the platform LiveAgent and Google Apps email to respond to emails, tickets, live chats, and an occasional phone call through LiveAgent.


As most of our customers are from the USA, you MUST be able to work during normal business hours during your training.
We do 8 hour shifts per day for each Customer Support Agent.


This is a 24/7 Customer Support so your schedule will be determined on what is needed.
Hours needed are either in the AM or PM, EST Time.


*IMPORTANT* You will be doing occasional to moderate call duties.
Most of our customers who will be calling in will be from the US, so you need to have little to no accent and be 100% fluent in English.
You will be speaking to people whose native language is English so they need to be able to clearly understand you.

Priority will be given to people who have a good computer skills and already have a solid understanding of best practices for Customer Service.

Training will be provided to applicants that are selected for a trial period, 2 weeks probation.
