UI/UX Figma Designer for Client Projects

We’re a founder-led team with a flexible, remote work environment, emphasizing creativity, efficiency, and seamless collaboration.
We’re looking for a part-time or full-time Figma designer to join our team and work on client projects. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate on real-world challenges and create impactful designs across a range of industries.

What You’ll Do:
* Work closely with clients and our internal team to design web interfaces, email templates, and marketing materials.
* Use existing design systems or create new ones to ensure consistency across projects.
* Provide creative solutions to design challenges, always with the end-user in mind.
* Iterate quickly on feedback to deliver high-quality designs that meet client objectives.
* Maintain strong communication and organization, ensuring smooth project execution.

What We’re Looking For:
* A portfolio showcasing your skills in web and marketing design, particularly with Figma.
* Experience working within client brand guidelines and adapting to different design styles.
* Ability to think creatively and solve problems visually.
* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and Figma’s design tools.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

* Experience designing for SaaS or e-commerce companies.
* Strong attention to detail and experience with responsive design.
