Role Overview: As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving lead generation and managing the sales process from prospecting to client onboarding. You will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and that they have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through industry platforms, research, social media engagement, and networking efforts.
Lead Management: Manage inbound leads and qualify them for the sales team. Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, providing information about services and addressing inquiries.
Sales Support: Prepare and send estimates and proposals, following up to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to align sales processes with service delivery.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with BRB Relo’s goals and enhance brand visibility.
Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram,
Content Creation: Design and manage digital content (graphics, blog posts,
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report the performance of marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and website traffic. Provide insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and drive client acquisition.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, or social media management, preferably within the relocation, logistics, or service industry.
Social Media Savvy: Expertise in managing social media platforms, with a proven track record of growing followers and engagement.
Content Creation: Experience in creating visual content and writing compelling copy for blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials.
Marketing Tools: Proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation, with the ability to collaborate with a sales team.
Creative & Analytical: A balance of creativity with strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and client engagement.
