Who you are
We are looking for a smart person to handle our bookkeeping responsibilities for our Amazon business.

What you will do
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- General Ledger Maintenance: Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial data entry.

Requirements (MUST haves)
- Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
-Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably with an Amazon FBA business
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote team
-Analytical, rational mind. At ease with spreadsheets, reports, formulas, numbers, ratios, and trends.
- Fluent English

Requirements (Nice to have)
The ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required.

Compensation & benefits
- Freelance contract
-Flexible hours (daytime shift is preferred as our team is based in Asia)
- Work from home
- $5 to $8 per hour based on experience. Pay in USD.
