We’re hiring a dedicated, full-time Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team at Course Creator 360, a leading software company focused on empowering online course creators. We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about helping customers succeed, has a technical mindset, and can work with us long-term.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer support or service role
- Familiarity with software and technology, with a problem-solving attitude
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience using the Go High Level platform
- Knowledge of DNS settings and domain management
- A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies
