Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Media Buyer to set up, manage, and optimize our Facebook Ads account, while also managing ad campaigns on TikTok and Google Ads (Pinterest knowledge is a plus). You will handle the entire advertising process, from creating and testing campaigns to scaling successful ads. This includes writing detailed scripts for ad creatives, which our team will shoot. You'll also be responsible for editing the footage and conducting the testing of these creatives.
We have resources at your disposal, including professional models, photographers, and access to a photo studio for ad creatives. Additionally, we expect you to proactively suggest new strategies, test emerging trends in various markets, and provide insights on the best approaches to maximize performance and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Set up and manage Facebook Ads account from scratch.
Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign scaling.
Write detailed, precise scripts for video ads, coordinating with our team for shooting.
Edit and test the creatives to optimize performance.
Continuously propose strategies, tests, and new marketing approaches.
Conduct competitor analysis and product research to identify trends and test product concepts.
Collaborate on creative ideas for TikTok, Google, and potentially Pinterest ads.
Advise on strategies for scaling ads across different platforms.
Provide regular reports on performance data and insights.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Facebook Ads management (knowledge of TikTok/Google Ads is a bonus).
Strong creative skills for producing and editing ad content.
Ability to test, analyze, and scale campaigns effectively.
Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and time management.
