Thumbnail Artist for YouTube | Part-Time

Do you have prior experience in graphic design or editing thumbnails for YouTube videos?

If so, we’re looking for you. We’re currently seeking to add a few talented and experienced thumbnail artists be a part of our growing team. Check out the details below.


Responsibilities:
1. Create simple thumbnails for short form & long form videos
2. Required to deliver a maximum of 7 thumbnails per week, minimum 1 thumbnail per day
3. Search the internet and find images to use in your edits
4. Use tools and editing techniques to enhance images, remove watermarks, and expand (generative fill) images
5. Add captions, numbers, etc.


Qualifications:
1. Proficiency of no less than B2 level in English
2. Proven work experience as a thumbnail artist or graphic designer
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
4. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
5. Ability to work collaboratively and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment
6. Must be hardworking and have a strong command of English.
7. Required Traits: Good communicator, strong work ethic, detail oriented, honest, reliable, team player, self-motivated, resilient, resourceful, and manages their time effectively.


Work Schedule and Pay:
1. Part-time: Must be able to edit a maximum of 7 thumbnails per week, minimum 1 per day. You can complete more than 1 per day, up to 7 thumbnails each week.
2. Starting pay is $140 per month, for 28 thumbnails. This equates to approx. $5 per thumbnail.
3. We anticipate an increase in available work, dependent upon performance and our budget.
4. Eligible for bonuses, time-off, and 13 month pay.
5. Wage payments can be paid through Payoneer, Wise, or PayPal.
