Join our dynamic team as a Full Time Writer
We are seeking a skilled writer who is passionate about creating engaging, high-quality content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of writing for different audiences, particularly in the property, finance, or construction sectors. Experience with Australian markets is a plus. You should be adept at producing clear, concise, and engaging content that aligns with brand tone and goals.

Elite Digital Campaigns (EDC) is a fast-growing global sales and digital marketing agency with over five years of success. Led by our Managing Director, Gia, our team of 11, based in the Philippines, includes project managers, writers, designers, and developers. We work with leading brands across Australia, Asia, and Europe in the property, finance, and construction industries. We foster a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven work environment that values fun and creativity.

Remuneration & Benefits:

AUD $1000 per month for full-time work (40 hours/week)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (NO GRAVEYARD SHIFT)
After 6 months:
Paid leave credits, including a 2-week paid break during Christmas and 4 days off for Easter

Job Description:

As a full-time Senior Writer, you’ll bring a deep understanding of our writing standards, working closely with a junior writer to uphold quality control as they grow in their role. You’ll produce high-quality content that aligns with brand goals, collaborating with the creative team to ensure each piece is well-researched, on-brand, and designed to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Write compelling and well-researched content for websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
Adapt writing style to suit different industries and client needs.
Collaborate with the team to develop content that supports marketing strategies.
Ensure accuracy, grammar, and consistency across all written materials.
Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality content across various formats, such as blog posts, web copy, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines and objectives.
Guide a junior writer, providing feedback and support to help them grow, improve their writing skills, and maintain our quality standards.
Review and edit content to uphold consistency, clarity, and adherence to brand standards, ensuring every piece meets our high-quality expectations.

Qualifications:

5+ years of writing experience, ideally within property, finance, or construction sectors.
Proven ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
Strong command of written English, with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
Experience writing for Australian or Western markets is a plus.
Ability to research and understand complex topics, translating them into easily digestible content.
Familiarity with SEO best practices is an advantage.
