Full Stack SEO Specialist

We are seeking a Full Stack SEO Specialist to spearhead the growth of our new website and online presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase our firm’s online presence and attract more clients.
- Manage and optimize our website, YouTube channels, and Google Business Profiles using current SEO best practices.
- Conduct technical SEO setup, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) configurations.
- Perform detailed content optimization for new pages/posts, ensuring they are fully optimized for search engines.
- Develop and execute a backlink acquisition plan targeting high-authority personal injury and legal websites.
- Perform ongoing keyword research and develop a comprehensive content creation strategy (content creation not required), including YouTube videos, blogs, articles, and web page copy that aligns with our firm’s practice areas.
- Conduct monthly technical SEO audits and implement necessary updates.
- Optimize and maintain our Google Business Profile and directory citations to ensure maximum visibility.
- Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools like Google Analytics to understand SEO strategy performance.
- Create and analyze digital marketing analytics reports and use these insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO, and apply new techniques to our marketing strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or another relevant field.
- At least 3 years of SEO experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and SEO, preferably in a US-based law firm or similar professional service industry.
- Experience with technical SEO setups, including GA4 and GSC.
- Well-versed in SEO best practices, SEO trends, and algorithm updates.
- Advanced expertise in technical on-page SEO and strong skills in content optimization.
- Ability to develop and execute backlink acquisition strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Wordpress.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
We Offer:
Competitive Compensation: The target compensation for this position is $1,000+ USD per month, with a base salary of $500 USD per month, plus performance-based compensation bonuses tied to achieving monthly targets (backlinks acquired, pages optimized, increased organic traffic, increased GBP engagement, keyword rankings, etc.).
Flexible Work Schedule: We require a virtual meeting for an hour or so each week to discuss projects. Other than that, we don’t care when you work as long as the work gets done. We do not plan to track your time since this compensation for this position is tied to meeting agreed-upon monthly deliverables. However, we expect this position will require 20 hours per week for the first two months during the initial setup and optimization phase for our new website, then reduce to 10-15 hours per week. Again, we don't care when or where you work as long as our deliverables are being met.
13th Month Pay: Eligible after completing a 90-day probationary period.
