To advance to further discussions, you MUST be able to DEMONSTRATE the following:

1. Demonstrate that you can develop elementor and bricks wordpress websites using only the 3 standard responsive breakpoints but still look great across ALL screen resolutions. Whether a small phone up to 4K screen? You MUST have a 4K monitor.

2. Demonstrate your workflow on how you develop sites FAST. Describe your workflow for (1) templated sites (2) custom sites eg. designed on figma.

3. You must be fluent at PHP, mysql and javascript. Demonstrate that you can code by showing us the complex sites/functionality that you have coded yourself and what you're able to do.

4. You must be able to optimise site speed beyond just customising speed optimisation plugins. Demonstrate how you have optimised code to improve site speed and also optimised database queries to improve site speed.
