About Us:
MachShip is an Australian-based company revolutionizing the freight industry with our cloud-based Freight Management System. Our team comprises Australian and Filipino professionals, and we're expanding our integrations support team.

The Role:
The MachShip integrations team is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations between our Freight Management System and various client platforms. We are looking for a technical specialist to join this team, provide advanced support, resolve complex integration issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our integration processes.

As a Software Integration Business Analyst at MachShip, you will:
- Set up integrations, install plugins, and configure extensions on client websites
- Analyse customer integration requirements and provide support
- Debug file and field mapping issues across various platforms
- Analyze and respond to support tickets, identifying and resolving integration bugs
- Collaborate with the development team, providing insights to enhance our integrations platform
- Work with a wide range of technologies including WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, Netsuite, Cin7, Unleashed, Neto, MYOB, and Magento

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in any of: software implementation, website setup, software development, IT business analysis, low-code workflow implementation, advanced IT support
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with basic API integration, XML/CSV integration and data mapping concepts
- Experience with cloud based e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce) and cloud ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, Cin7)
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Has experience in both customer-facing roles and backend technical work
- Is comfortable communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical clients
