About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Sales Representative (BSR) for our growing Amazon Agency. In this senior role, you will be the driving force behind our strategic market penetration, moving beyond standard cold outreach to proactively identify, cultivate, and capture high-value business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate: You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in B2B business development. You feel at ease coming up with strategic ideas and possess the skills necessary to engage potential clients in high-level discussions about their needs. Knowledge of advanced cold calling, cold email architecture, and pipeline management is required. Experience with HubSpot and Vidyard is essential, and a background in Amazon Seller Central is a major PLUS. You must excel at cross-functional collaboration and possess elite communication (written and verbal), presentation, and active listening skills

Key Responsibilities:
• High-Impact Video Outreach: Record personalized tutorials or audits using Vidyard to effectively pitch potential clients and successfully engage them.
• Aggressive KPI Execution: Meet the daily target of 20 high-quality outreach videos per day to drive our agency targets of 9–10 booked meetings and 2 new clients per month.
• Pipeline & Email Management: Perform email management to follow up with leads and schedule prospective clients with our sales managers.
• Autonomy: Pitch our services confidently to prospective business owners without hand-holding (after initial training).

Requirements:
• Professionalism: Fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Drive for Action: Highly organized, coachable, and possesses the competency and drive to execute independently.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work smoothly with internal teams and external partnerships.

What We Offer: (Full Transparency on Pay):
• Expected Monthly Pay: $915 – $1,135 (Based on hitting baseline volume and conversion targets).
• Appointment Commission: Earn $20.00 for every qualified appointment scheduled.
• Deal Commission: Earn $25.00/month for every closed deal from an appointment you set.
