JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our growing real estate business. As a real estate investor, I am looking for someone who is experienced in cold calling, follow-ups, and appointment setting, specifically within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to homeowners who may be interested in selling their homes.
Send text messages and follow up with leads through various communication channels.
Utilize Follow Up Boss for managing client data and follow-up processes.
Maintain consistent follow-up communication with homeowners.
Work during Eastern business hours.
Bonus: Create and manage follow-up plans for leads and maintain ongoing client relationships.

Requirements:

Prior experience working with a real estate investor/real estate agent.
Strong cold calling experience and ability to set appointments.
Familiarity with Follow Up Boss.
Ability to work during Eastern business hours.

Hours:

First Shift - 8 am - 1 pm (Eastern Time)
Second Shift - 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm (Eastern Time)
Preferred availability on Saturdays

Must provide a voice note of a cold call or a greeting for evaluation (to assess accent and communication style).
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Bonus: Experience in creating your own follow-up plans and keeping in touch with clients.
