Wordpress web design including local seo optimisation

Hi, I am looking for someone with Wordpress abilities as well as some local SEO skills.

Your tasks would be to:
- create small websites using wordpress (from a template) for local businesses.
- source stock images for these websites
- write website content (with the support of AI) with SEO / keywords in mind
