Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include taking inbound calls from homeowners looking to sell their properties, making outbound cold calls, and managing our CRM system. This role focuses primarily on residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound cold calls to potential sellers
- Managing and updating our CRM system
- Handling inbound calls from homeowners interested in selling their properties

Ideal Candidate:
- Background in Sales
- Background in Real Estate
- Proficiency in Cold Calling techniques
- Experience with CRM systems
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
