Key Responsibilities
1. 3D Visual Design
**Transform 2D designs from Figma, InVision, or staging sites into high-quality 3D visuals for our public portfolios.
**Create 5-10 second 3D videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, Dribbble, and Behance.
2. Art Direction
**Take charge of art direction, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing look for all portfolio work.
**Proactively suggest improvements and creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
3. Collaboration & Communication
**Work closely with the team to incorporate feedback and align designs with project goals.
**Utilize provided moodboards, Figma links, and reference materials effectively to guide your design process.

Skills Required
1. Proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling and animation.
2. Strong experience in 3D product visualization and creating engaging visual content.
3. Familiarity with formats suitable for Dribbble, Behance, Instagram, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
4. A proactive approach to design with the ability to suggest and implement creative ideas.
