*Develop an in-depth understanding of the searched profiles
*Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates using a variety of methods
*Screening and qualifying candidates' CVs against position criteria.
*Coordination with the Hiring Manager for calibration .
*Conduct screening methods prior to candidate endorsement including paper screen, initial phone interview, face to face interviews, and administration of testing materials.
*Coordinate interview schedules between Hiring Managers and candidates.
*Manage candidates/applicants expectations prior to endorsement.
*Conduct thorough background check on shortlisted candidates
*Ensure on time submission of all pre-employment requirements of selected candidates
*Organize newly hired employee's on boarding activities and secure required office tools and equipment.
