**Job Title:** Community Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a **Community Manager** to oversee and grow our online communities across various platforms, including ** ---------- , Telegram, and Twitter**. This is a remote position with an 8-hour shift, offering a competitive salary of **47,000 to 58,000 PHP per month**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our community presence, from forming new channels to engaging with users and creating activities that foster a positive and active community environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and monitor community platforms including ---------- , Telegram, and Twitter.
- Form and maintain new communication channels and optimize existing ones for better engagement.
- Design and implement activities, campaigns, and events to encourage user participation and engagement within the community.
- Respond to community inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide community feedback and insights.
- Moderate discussions, ensure community guidelines are followed, and manage user behavior when necessary.
- Stay up to date with Web3 trends and integrate them into community strategies to keep members informed and engaged.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in community management, especially in Web3 or blockchain spaces.
- Ability to manage multiple community platforms ( ---------- , Telegram, Twitter).
- Creative in designing community events and activities to drive engagement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift remotely with a stable internet connection and personal PC.
- Knowledge of crypto, DeFi, or Web3 is a plus.
