Job Title: Dynamics 365 Power Platform Consultants - experts on Project operations and/or Field service

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a fully remote position, and we are particularly interested in candidates based in the Philippines who have extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Service Management, and Field Service modules.

As a Dynamics 365 Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 environment to ensure smooth business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Support: Maintain and manage the Dynamics 365 CRM system, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity.
Customization & Configuration: Configure the Dynamics 365 platform to meet business needs, including custom entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
Service Management: Manage the Dynamics 365 Service Management module to support our customer service processes, ensuring efficient case management, SLA compliance, and automation of service operations.
Field Service: Administer and optimize the Dynamics 365 Field Service module, ensuring field technicians and service teams have access to the tools and data they need.
System Integration: Collaborate with developers and external vendors to integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
User Training & Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users, create user guides, and maintain documentation for system processes.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades to ensure the platform evolves with the business.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Administrator, specifically in Dynamics 365 CRM, Service Management, and Field Service.
In-depth knowledge of configuring Dynamics 365, including entities, workflows, and security roles.
Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Familiarity with integrations between Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft products (e.g., Office 365, SharePoint, Azure).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not required.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 administration and management.
Prior experience working in a remote environment with global teams.
Experience working with organizations in the service industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience developing custom plugins or workflows.
Familiarity with Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) and customizations within it.
Experience creating Power Automate flows integrated with Dynamics 365.
Proficiency in writing FetchXML, OData queries, or working with the Web API in Dynamics 365.
Experience creating custom client-side scripts using JavaScript.
Experience developing or customizing PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) components.
Experience with entity customizations in Dynamics 365.
Experience designing or implementing model-driven apps or Canvas apps.
Understanding of the differences between business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows, and when to use each.
Experience with forms, views, and dashboards customizations.
Familiarity with security model configurations, such as roles, field-level security, or hierarchy security.
Experience in requirements gathering for Dynamics projects.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., SharePoint, ERP, or custom systems).
Experience with data migration projects and the tools or techniques used.
Ability to solve complex problems in Dynamics 365 and describe the steps taken.
Experience implementing custom billing, invoicing, or time-tracking solutions in Dynamics 365.
Approach to testing custom solutions in Dynamics 365.
Experience maintaining or debugging existing Dynamics solutions.
Approach to extending Dynamics 365 with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.).
Experience building Power BI reports with data sourced from Dynamics 365.
Ability to collaborate with functional consultants or end-users to understand and deliver solutions.
Experience training or onboarding colleagues or clients in Dynamics 365.
Staying updated with new Dynamics 365 features or releases.
