Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Design Manager to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with at least 3 years of professional experience with a New Zealand company. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can lead design projects and manage a team of drafters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage architectural design projects, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the NZ design team, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions.
- Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and drafters.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of architectural design experience with New Zealand Company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and ArchiCAD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the Philippines is a plus.
