Hello,

We are a dog company and sell dog grooming products. We are looking for a social media marketer as well as an email marketing to help us regularly post content and grow.

You will be managing our social media accounts including: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, and Pinterest. You will also be sending out a weekly email to our subscribers.

WE WILL ONLY BE HIRING SOMEONE WITH PROVEN AND PAST EXPERIENCE. PLEASE SEND EXAMPLES OR SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS THAT YOU WERE ABLE TO GROW. PLEASE ALSO SEND ANY RELEVANT DESIGN WORK.

Here are the exact responsibilities below:

Instagram
Post regularly and engage with others by leaving thoughtful comments.
Share the latest posts to Stories for increased visibility.
Follow and unfollow strategically to maintain an active and relevant audience.
For educational posts, send them via direct message (DM) to boost traffic and encourage others to share.

Facebook

Post consistently and engage with others through comments.
Share the latest posts to Stories for additional reach.
If the post contains educational tips, product reviews, or cute dog photos, share it in relevant groups to increase organic traffic.

YouTube and TikTok
Use relevant hashtags on TikTok to increase visibility.
Edit the speed and duration of clips to avoid copyright issues.
If a song is used as background music, replace it with generic ones available on Canva to avoid copyright claims.
Schedule posts between 6 AM and 2 PM PHST for optimal engagement.
Always add a disclaimer when reposting videos to avoid being reported.
Mention and credit the original video owner in reposts.

Pinterest
Pin regularly and curate content for your boards.
Create at least 20+ pins daily to increase impressions and saves.
For blog-related pins, include clear and visible titles to boost their chances of being saved.
Cute dog photos (like Goldendoodles) perform well, but always add disclaimers to non-original content.
Ensure blog-related pins are categorized properly (e.g., dog health posts should be pinned to dog care or health boards).

Newsletter
Regularly remove inactive subscribers to keep your list healthy.
Prioritize content that highlights deals and showcases products, providing value to your audience.
Send newsletters on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, scheduling them between 10 AM and 4 PM.
